Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information regarding returns, refunds, and exceptions.
Returns
Items eligible for return must be in new and unused condition.
To initiate a return, email us at campfiresandcastiron01@gmail.com with the word “RETURN” in the subject line. Please briefly describe the reason for your return.
A member of our team will contact you within 2 business days to authorize your return and provide shipping instructions.
New, unused cast iron must be returned in the original packaging to ensure safety during shipping. Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges, including sufficient shipping insurance to cover the cost of replacement of the item in the event of accidental damage during shipping. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Cast iron cookware is not returnable or refundable once it has been used.
