- Pour apple cider, orange juice, and water into percolator or stockpot.
- Add whole cinnamon sticks, allspice, and cloves to percolator basket. (Note - Do not use a filter in the basket - it will not percolate properly). If using a stockpot, add them directly to the liquid in the pot.
- Heat the liquid in the percolator or stockpot to a simmer. If using a percolator, percolate gently for 20-30 minutes. If using a stockpot, simmer uncovered for 20-30 minutes. If the percolator starts to boil over, add 1/2 cup more water to dilute the cider and allow it to flow more freely through the strainer basket.
- Strain out spices prior to serving.
- Pour Homemade Spiced Apple Cider into mugs and enjoy!
