Mix and match a variety of dried fruits, nuts, seeds, and other ingredients to create your own Paleo trail mix - the combinations are endless!

Ingredients
  

  • Nuts Almonds, Cashews, Macadamias, Walnuts, Pecans
  • Dried Fruits Freeze-dried or no added sugar
  • Seeds Pumpkin, sunflower
  • Coconut chips "Dang" brand coconut chips
  • Chocolate chips "Hu Gems" are great!

Equipment

  • Mason jar, Ziplock bag, or other type of snack container

Method
 

  1. Mix your choice of nuts, dried fruit, seeds, coconut, and chocolate into a Mason jar or snack container.
  2. Enjoy your Paleo Trail Mix while hiking or throughout your day's activities!
